The colorful and logical arrangement of emotions, based on Plutchik’s theory and using the notion of opposites, makes it easier to pinpoint what you. Great for therapists, coaches, counselors, teachers, individuals and families. Plutchik’s wheel of emotions organizes these 8 basic emotions based on the physiological purpose of each. Starting with the 8 basic emotions (Plutchik’s wheel of emotions), you can learn to distinguish feelings better. It was part of his overarching Psychoevolutionary Theory of Emotion.
